Excellent customer service for such a busy time of the year. I have been to many TONI & GUY salons over the years but this particular one stands out from the rest. My appointment was on time, I was given a warm and friendly welcome even though the salon was busy and Im really happy with the level of service.Would reccommend.
Very poor level of costumer service. Booked an appointment online, went for a skin test on Friday. Arrived on Monday to be told I booked the wrong type of appointment online and they can't do it as it would take too long. They admitted they should have picked it up on Friday and have had a consultation then. Their online booking system for colouring appointments it unclear and confusing. After some discussion I booked another appointment but asked if they can offer discount due to their error and the messing around. Was told that there was no manager on duty and she can't promise anything. She requested a deposit. I told her I won't pay the deposit and to have the manager call me back. Well the manager did within 30minutes of me leaving. She has clearly been in and seen the hair as she said they CAN'T do the appointment I booked as the need to do a hair strand test and I have to come in AGAIN today within couple of hours. It's 24th of December, I have already been in twice. I have asked why they didn't do the hair strand test when I was THERE and why their hairdrasser didn't mention it just offered another appointment! She was apologetic but couldn't explain it. I should have asked why she didn't come to speak to me when I was in and why did the receptionist lie that there was no manager...really very poor level of costumer service. The only reason I gave 2 stars is that I had previous appointments that went well..This one was more complicated than a blow dry though and they seem to struggle with that.
1st time I had been to Toni & Guy, Lauren was lovely, listened to exactly what I wanted before and during my time there! Really happy with the finished product, Thankyou
Awesome Salon, cant recommend highly enough. Had my hair cut today by Claire, amazing as always. Everyone in the salon is super friendly and nice, nothing is too much trouble.
